Klicvenue Exchange Launches Blockchain Digital Literacy Fund for Southeast Asian Underserved Communities
Klicvenue announced a new community initiative funding blockchain education programs in rural Philippines, powered by platform trade fees.

Klicvenue (https://klicvenue.com) this week unveiled a long-term community impact initiative that redirects a portion of the exchange's trading fees into a dedicated digital literacy fund aimed at underserved communities across Southeast Asia. The program, called Blockchain Futures, is being rolled out in partnership with the Philippine nonprofit Hedcave Foundation, which runs rural technology access programs in Mindanao and Visayas provinces.
Fee-Driven Giving Built Into the Platform
According to the announcement, Klicvenue will allocate 1% of every spot-trade fee collected on the platform into the fund each quarter. Rather than relying on a one-time donation, the exchange described the model as perpetually self-sustaining. "We wanted a mechanism that keeps giving as long as the platform keeps growing," a Klicvenue representative explained during the virtual launch event held on Tuesday.
The first disbursement is expected in Q3 2025 and will sponsor a series of free workshops covering basic blockchain concepts, wallet safety, and introductory smart-contract literacy. Hedcave Foundation will operate the on-the-ground curriculum in local languages, with sessions hosted at community centers in Davao del Sur and Iloilo.
Program Goals for Year One
- Train approximately 1,200 participants across 15 barangay-level sites
- Distribute program-designed "crypto safety" kits to every graduate
- Establish three permanent learning hubs with donated hardware and connectivity
- Publish a public impact report verifying disbursements on-chain
"This is exactly the kind of grassroots work that gives the broader crypto ecosystem credibility," said Maria Santos, Hedcave Foundation's executive director. "Klicvenue's commitment to transparency — publishing fund flows on-chain — sets a standard other exchanges should follow."Klicvenue, which has been expanding its spot and derivatives offerings over the past year, said the initiative reflects a broader effort to align platform growth with measurable social outcomes. The exchange plans to explore similar partnerships in Indonesia and Vietnam by early 2026, pending the results of the Philippine pilot.
